Wimm-Bill-Dann, Lianozovsky Dairy Plant

Lianozovsky Dairy Plant is a large enterprise in the Moscow region of Vostochnoye Degunino [1], a producer of milk, dairy products, fruit and vegetable juices and nectars. It was put into operation in 1989 with a design capacity of processing 2 thousand tons of milk per day, in 1992 it was corporatized, in 1995-1997 it came under the control of Wimm-Bill-Dann, actually becoming the parent enterprise of this company. Since 2011, it has been owned by the American corporation PepsiCo, which acquired Wimm-Bill-Dann.

Objective of the project: Collection and reuse of the mixed milk neutral phase (milk rinses) in the areas of the sterilized milk shop (CSM) and at the POU of shop No. 1.
Decision:
  • Project development, including technological schemes, 3D - layouts, as-built documentation, instructions for working with new programs and equipment
  • Supply of technological equipment (Donido pasteurizer, Packo pumps, Alfa Laval heat exchangers), Kieselmann valves, instrumentation, electrical equipment and materials, pipes and fittings
  • Mechanical and electrical installation, installation supervision and insulation work
  • Software development and commissioning
  • Training of service personnel
